Corpus Consulting was founded in 2025 with a straightforward goal: lower the barrier to meaningful AI powered technology adoption in Florida government. We believe that every government office, even the ones with the fewest resources, still deserve access to the same quality of tools and expertise that larger agencies take for granted.

Before our official founding, each of our members spent time working in their respective fields, yet we all noticed the same thing consistently: capable people buried under administrative process, doing manually what technology could handle automatically. This problem seemed compounded in the government sector, not because they lacked the will to change, but because the right tools, built for how government actually works, simply hadn't reaching them yet. We built Corpus to change that.

We are compelled to do this work because we believe well-run local government matters. It's where constituents actually engage the process, where taxes are collected, where records are kept, where services are delivered. When it works well, it builds trust. When it doesn't, everyone feels it. For those of us who grew up in Florida and still call it home, this isn't abstract. These are our counties, our neighbors, our tax dollars. We want to see them succeed.
